It's been helpful, but I'm just scratching the surface. If you don't do this stuff for a living (spend hours every day with it), it's really difficult to become proficient at. I'd like to have you (or someone who works for you) consult (lead me by the hand). Do you have different levels of service like a. you manage the whole process, b. you hand hold/teach the process, c. you consult on an as needed basis? I think you'll find tons of need out there as businesses not big enough to have staff people devoted to this realize how much value there is to it. Scott,
